Things I Want.

* this semester to be over.
* snowfall to occur only at night or while I am indoors for something.
* to find a copy of the web series Koi wa jikka ja umarenai in downloadable format. (Watching Tak Sakaguchi in a romantic dramedy would have to be good for a chuckle or two-thousand.)
* my seminar paper to write itself... yeah right.
* a Red Ryder B.B. gun.
* to one day have a chance to appear on Hexagon II: Quiz Parade. I could fully rock the socks off that relay quiz segment.
* to see long-absent loved ones again.

I too often think of how I'd do on Hexagon. I'd suck completely on the Japanese sayings questions though.

I think that's the kind of thing any non-native speaker would have trouble with. I wouldn't be in any better shape than you there, but I think we'd do both well on the history and general knowledge questions. Heck, I get the answers to those often as it is--and my language skills *still* aren't what they ought to be.
