For me, this image represents what is one of the key points of the rape issue--the notion that women somehow invite sexual assault through their conduct or clothing. Bullshit. Rapists make a choice to flaunt control and debase women, children, and others. There should never be any question of where the blame for this heinous crime lies.
Naturally, there are a number of male politicians who find it upsetting. Quelle surprise, no?
