Gackt.
I often find Gackt hilarious. I often strongly disagree with his opinions (and then I post about it here and angry fans come and yell at me for it). But there is no question in my mind that he is one of the single most talented musicians of the age. He writes with the conviction of a poet and sings with the voice of an angel, and if he is a little ridiculous outside of the musical realm - well, that isn't all that surprising, I think. The really good ones are always a wee bit strange.
