Relaxation: Nerd Style.

I decided yesterday that I needed to take a brief break before running the next gauntlet between now and next Friday. Relaxation involved phone calls to loved ones, no internet, a movie, and - of course - some light reading.

My reading selection? Murasaki Shikibu's Tale of Genji - the Seidensticker translation that is some thousand pages long. I'm now about a tenth of the way through.

I need professional help, I think.

But that Genji... he is a scamp, no?
