I Hate PETA.

Kind to Cows, Cruel to Interns (Reason Magazine)
I have no time for people who have more compassion for "animals" than they do for humans.
I could say more about the subject. (Hell, I could froth at the mouth over this issue.) But I'm going to leave it at this:
If you want to help someone, there are plenty of people in this world in need of help. Part of helping them is being smart about our resources--farming, herding, and (yes) slaughtering smart. I'm all for preservation, but I am most especially for human preservation.
