Your favorite song
"Last," Nine Inch Nails
Needless to say, if we're all being honest with ourselves, there's no such thing as a single favorite song for a true music buff. However, out of deference to the structure of the meme, I limited myself to a song that is pretty damn up there on the overall list. (It's my favorite song by my favorite band.) Trent Reznor was never more angry, visceral, or true than he was on 1992's Broken EP, and no other album has made more of a difference in my life than that EP did when I discovered it in my Sophomore year of high school. 'Nuff said.
