Oh, Pharrell. You gorgeous, geeky freak. Pharrell Williams (of Neptunes and N.E.R.D. fame) wins the award for most awesome man in hip-hop with his penning of the song "Brain" - a tune that details his unbridled lust for a super-smart girl. I certainly wouldn't say it's the only hip-hop tune out there to extol the virtues of intelligent women, but how those virtues are extolled is utterly unique. See, Pharrell's not just impressed with this woman's smarts - he's majorly, intensely turned on by them. So turned on, in fact, that he advocates for orgasmic, narcoleptic sex on the spot. Dude, count me in. And, seriously? On behalf of all the brainy, but otherwise ordinary, women out there can I just say, "Call me!"

I think "brain" is just another word for "head". Oral sexitude.

While there is a definite air of double entendre that permeates throughout, I don't think that "brain" acts as a strict substitute for "head" in this song. Unless Pharrell's dating a transvestite (and then all bets are off). Oral sex is more specifically conflated with stirring conversation in the lyrics - another aspect that supports the idea that this is a clever rallying cheer for mensa chicks.
